RxD 5 Push Jerk M:135 W: 85+ 50 Double Unders (If 135/85 feels too light for you aaaaaaand you have good form, you can go for 155/95)
***If your Power Clean is good, you can power clean the weight and then perform the 5 Push jerks (ADVANCE)
**If you don’t feel that confident yet with your Power Clean, you can use the Squat Rack to get into the starting position

Push Jerk Scale: M: 115-95-85, W: 75-65-55
Double under scale is: 25 if you can do it, but is taken for ever. If you can do DU, you can do singles. 1 Double Under =4 singles so, you have to do 200 singles per round.
***In the future i am just going to allow the beginners in TCF to scale the DU into singles, everybody else suffer.
**I want all of you with your own Jump rope. Share jump ropes is like share underwear.

Okay, so enough with the jump rope talk, how about the WOD? My time: 13:04 with 95 lbs (which Jason helped me clean but I did the jerking) and Rx’d DUs (with my own rope which I can take home and practice with every day). And Donald, I have a feeling that your whole family is going down…
Rose remember when we started doing crossfit way back. when we would be the only 2 out there at 8am you kicked my ass on a daily basis. It was nice to have you back at the 8 am class but it was much nicer knowing that I beat you by almost a minute. 12:16 with 155lbs. May the competition continue.

15:04 @ 75lbs. Did all singles, in fact had a PR of 128 consecutive. Ro taught me how to do 1 DU (successfullly! but just 1 though) during warm up.

Againfaster is the website but, you don’t have to do it because I already order. It Will cost you more if you buy it by yourself because of the shipping. I am going to post so champs can tell me if they want one.

24:09 I hate Double under’s but at least I brought my own underwear – I mean rope. They are improving slowly but improving. Was nice to see some new people at 5:30 Keep it up!!!
